The three culinary adventurers Thomas Nowak, Florian Holzer and Ingo Pertramer face a new challenge. This time they deal with the positive and negative aspects of the dairy industry and the production of honey. They get a pregnant mother cow and beehives and are present when the calf is born. They lovingly care for their animals and set themselves the goal of processing all the milk and honey into partly exotic products by their own hands within a few weeks. However, the paradisiacal idea of a land of “milk & honey” soon begins to crumble, especially when they have to separate the calf from the mother cow in order to get enough milk for their own products. Even Beekeeping harbors unpleasant realities behind its magnificent facade.
