This film showcases the people of Newfoundland and the natural beauty that surrounds them. The documentary features a variety of characters including an iceberg wrangler, a tour guide at a 1000-year-old Viking settlement, and two amateur historians searching for proof that Romans may have once visited the area. We’ll visit a remote island where one woman’s vision revitalised the entire community, another community accessible only by boat and whose residents live without cars, and we’ll learn what type of wild food can be foraged in the cracks and crevasses of Newfoundland’s magnificent shoreline.
