Taxi driver Maggy is facing a multitude of challenges: a child in the hospital, another on the way, a useless ex-husband, an empty bank account, and a cracked windscreen. She overhears on the police radio that a woman named Juliette Koons is missing. Soon after, Juliette, burdened with heavy luggage, gets into Maggy’s taxi. Juliette, a financial expert, carries a suitcase filled with embezzled money that she intends to donate to a good cause, fulfilling the last wish of her true love to change her life and renounce capitalism. Despite initial mistrust, the two women, both on the brink of a nervous breakdown, grow closer. Before long, they find themselves on the run from Juliette’s ruthless boss and a corrupt, unpredictable ex-policeman armed with a ladies’ revolver. Thus begins an adventurous ride through the night in Vienna.
