During the wild 1960’s, there was a parole that said: “We can sleep when we’re dead.” Yet, the truth is: Who sleeps too little for too long, has a risk of living shorter. And so, we rightfully spend a third of our lives in the bedroom sleeping. Good sleep should have of high value. Our organism needs it for physical, mental and spiritual recovery and performance. There are many myths being told about how long a person should sleep (at least 7-8 hours), the quality of sleep, when’s the best time to go to bed, counting sheep, that waking up in the night would be unhealthy, snoring, watching TV to fall asleep, power napping, and many more. We are taking a look at all of those myths, the results will definitely wake you up!
