Michael Schade invites young stars of the Austrian music scene, such as the Lower Austrian mezzo-soprano Patricia Nolz and the Viennese violinist Johannes Fleischmann, as well as more experienced musicians to this pre-Christmas concert in Dürnstein. Contemplative melodies such as Schubert’s “Adagio in E flat major” and, of course, Austrian and international Christmas carols such as “Maria durch ein Dornwald geht”, or the Canadian “Huran Carol”, are to be heard in a charming atmosphere.
