Toni Freitag is a poster child for success, a Bavarian with Turkish roots and owner of his own plumbing company. Everything is running like clockwork for him in the quaint little town of Bergham – he is even slated to become mayor and his son-in-law Osman will take over the company. But just at that moment, his daughter Franzi drags her mother-in-law Farah into town. The finely at-tuned world of the town’s “king of marksmen” is falling apart. To top it off, Farah, the ambitious businesswoman from Berlin, is riling up his own wife Anne, turning her against him. She ignores her familial responsibilities and now even runs against Toni in the mayoral election. This brings out the worst in Toni, who starts digging out dirty laundry in the campaign. This is soon made public though and everything is veering towards catastrophe. Toni has just once chance, to come clean and face the truth …
