Grete is not happy with her retirement after being an investigator for the Landeskriminalamt in Upper Austria. Cycling with her E-Bike through the colourful Mühlviertel and visits at the foster home cannot be everything. The death of a young police officer called Johanna in the former no man’s land between Mühlviertel and Czech Republic hits hard on her. When the Czech police officer Stani, Johanna’s boyfriend, asks Grete for help with the investigation at the funeral, two original allies find themselves in a life-threatening adventure. At this point, no one knows who plays which role between drug dealers and the police and why Johanna had to die.
